PRINT OPTIONS provide printing for business card, brochure, flyers, poster, bunting / banner, sticker, booklet, greeting card, corporate folder, letterhead, ticket / voucher, pre-ink stamp & others. Established in 2000 & based in Beverly Hills Plaza, Jalan Bundusan, Penampang, Sabah. Each product comes with various size, materials, matte / glossy lamination and print quantity options. We also have a quotation service that allows customers to request a quote for custom orders of specific products. We also have design services for newspaper advertisement, logo, label & others. TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
COPYRIGHT OF ARTWORK, DESIGN AND CONCEPT
No modification, adaptation and alteration is permitted on visual concept that proposed by PRINT OPTIONS without our permission. The visual submitted belongs solely to the the copyright of PRINT OPTIONS. Customer will own the concept and design of the final artwork upon final payment is fully made to PRINT OPTIONS. PRINT OPTIONS and its subcontractors retain the rights to display graphics and other design elements as examples of their work in their respective portfolio.
PRODUCTION PROCEDURE
1.Our Designers will ask our clients about their company preferences during the first meeting. 2. First view, revise or approve the visual options that PRINT OPTIONS create for the client. 3. Second review the visual optionsas per client's preferences within 3-4 business days after the selection of the visual options.The revision is based on the feedback that the client provides in the previous step. 4. Finalize client's Design Artwork when client satisfied with the revised final option.
PRODUCTION SCHEDULE
Project will commence upon collection of first deposit.Production schedule will be established and adhered to by PRINT OPTIONS and the customer provided that neither shall incur delays due to fire, accidents, energy failure, equipment breakdown, supplier delays, action of government, acts of Gods or other causes beyond the control of PRINT OPTIONS or customer.
SOFT PROOFS
Soft Proofs will be provided by PRINT OPTIONS either on print or actual size mock-up. A proof(s) review and approval agreement will accompany the soft proof and and must be reviewed and returned within twenty four (24) hours in order for printing request to be completed on schedule. If corrections are made and revised proofs are desired, request must be made when proofs are returned. We cannot be held responsible for under the following conditions: If the work is printed/fixed by customers' OK; if changes are communicated verbally; or if customer has instructed PRINT OPTIONS to process without returning proofs.
PRELIMINARY MATERIALS
Mechanical art, negatives, flats, plates and other items when supplied by supplier shall remain our exclusive property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
COLOUR PROOFING
Because of difference ion equipment, processing, proofing , paper, inks, pigment and other conditions between colour proofing and production operation, a reasonable variation in colour between colour proof and the completed job shall constitute acceptable delivery.
COPYRIGHTS AND TRADEMARKS
The finished products for clients represent PRINT OPTIONS and unconditionally guarantees that the elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork finished to PRINT OPTIONS for inclusion in printed materials are owned by the client, or that the client has permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend PRINT OPTIONS' production and its subcontractors from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements furnished by the client.
PAYMENT METHOD
50% down payment of total project cost should be paid to PRINT OPTIONS upon confirmation of project, balance is cash on delivery. Urgent order will additional charges of 40%. No changes to prices which have been negotiated and agreed. All cheques should be made payable to 'PRINT OPTIONS'. Payment should be whatever was set forth in the quotation. For printed material; claim for defects, damages or shortages must be made in person within seven (7) days after delivery of order. Failure to make such claims within the stated period shall constitute acceptance. |
